Default First time logging with RomRaider.

Hey guys, just ran my first log and wondered if anyone experienced could have a look over the log and see if it's healthy?

Car: Stock 2004 WRX Wagon. No mods apart from PPP pack.

Log: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...Gc&usp=sharing

Cheers,
Scott

Also can you do some 3rd gear -> red line (or close to) pulls. If your press the rear window defogger switch it starts rom raider logging and then press it again to stop that way you can get some good clear logs.

Hi, I've not even got started with learning view yet :S

I tried to redline around here: http://d.pr/i/ApZu but only managed close to 6000rpm due to the road conditions.

OK, when I first looked it was just a screendump.

That log isn't full throttle so can't really tell how its running as it doesnt make any boost. Can you post a full throttle log, from 1500rpm to redline.

Here is one of mine for comparison, we only need full throttle data for the run, if you log throttle position it makes it easy to delete the part load data.

Manifold absolute pressure in bar is a good one, also log target boost in bar. I like to work in bar.

You could log the same as in my log as that has everything ( although didnt have my AEM UEGO wideband running in my log ).

It's also good to enable the fast polling mode ( settings mode in RomRaider logger ) to give the log better resolution.

No problem, easy to convert psi to bar.

It looks OK but not 100% throttle until ~5600rpm , a log starting at 1500-2000rpm 100% throttle right up to redline ( or as high as you feel you want to rev it) would be ideal.

Here is how I did my logs

Drive at 1500-2000rpm
press heated screen button
go 100% throttle
hold until max revs
back off and slow down as most likely going pretty fast
press heated screen button
pull over somewhere safe and look at the data

Yeah, I realised after doing the log that I didn't open the throttle fully early enough, I ended up going very fast @ 7000rpm

Glad it looks OK off this log though, will try to get another log done soon.

Cheers,
Scott
