Default Mapper required

Hi guys as per my thread i have a code p0410 secondary air injection system and p2432 air flow preasure causing my EM light to come on, the car is running perfect but i want the light turning off.

The AA turned it off and it stayed off for about 24 hours but has come back on

I have been told my air vales have seized and as long as they are on the off position then i can simply get the car remapped and light turned off, also have the vales disconnected?

can someone in the oxford area(or local ish) sort this for me and quote me for it?

We could sort it for you mate but were a bit far away in The Nort East! I'm sure there are people close by who can sort it. It's a common problem!

Currently i have the standard ECU in the car, would you be able to map the ecu to ignore the valve issue? and at a later stage i can have them disconnected? or are you able to disconnect the valves?

sorry i have no idea how this works

SWEET so by mapping the car and turning the valves fault option off will then mean the EM light wont come back on even if the fault is still there?

If the above is correct when can you pop over?

COrrect. I get lots of calls from used car dealers with faults on these air pump systems. To replace the air pump system costs about £1200 iirc and does nothing to affect running etc.

That doesnt include a full remap though - just changing the map to switch off all the codes for these.
