Default Fault code help

About 6month ago while driving home on the m6 my engine management light came on. After another couple short trips the light went out. I then managed to get hold of a mates laptop to see if anything was stored and it showed up this when plugged in (see pic)
After googling this it mentions variable valve timing solenoid, i rang my nearest dealer and explained and his reply was "what is one of them"!! Also tried a couple local garages but got nowhere. With no EML on anymore an no change in preformance what so ever i have carried on driving as normal, when today while on the m6 the light has come back on. Made 3/4 short trips since being home and the light has gone out again.
Has anyone experienced anything like this, or no anywhere i could take it where someone will no what they are looking at? I am located in cumbria so will probably have to travel a fair way but i cant find anyone who can help me locally. Thanks in advance i know its not a lot of info to go off but want to get it sorted an put the worry to bed 👍

What model and year ? as none of those codes seem to relate to a UK Subaru.

Wrx sti type uk 2.0L (blob eye)
maybe the laptop i used wasnt great, thats why i think i need to see someone with some good knowledge of these cars and see what they think. It strange as everything ive read about these codes say symptoms will include rough idle, power loss, decreased fuel econmy etc etc and there is absolutely none of that car is driving fine. I was thinking maybe it was a dodgy electrical connection but im not clued up at all. Thanks for all the replies

I thought maybe it could be a loose electrical connection on the solenoid but im not clued up at all

Why not give it some, decent oil, oil filter, inline fuel filter, may-be air filter if looks dirty, fill with v-power and go for blast.

remember if it ain,t broke, don,t fix it.

lets know how you get on
