Default Good place to buy ESL

Good day,

I've been trying to find a place to purchase the esl daughter board. I have a 92/93 wrx.

Also how do you guys like the ESL?

Thanks

I'm using esl on my v2, no issues as such, it does exactly what it says on the tin. Just bear in mind anti lag or launch isnt avaliable for early cars.

Use Duncan at Racedynamix as he can remap your impreza aswell, plus price of fitting is included.

I'm running ESL on my V3 STI, imho you can't go wrong value for money wise.

I might ship my ECU there when the time comes to have the board installed.

Board is a straight forward fit if the motherboard is already socketed on your ecu.
V3/4 is a different story.
As stated, you're best off contacting Andrew directly through enduringsolutions.com

That would be pretty cool to fly someone in to tune my car.. Seems like they have quite the experience though. There is a socket on my ecu (spare) that could fit the board!

If the socket is there Geoff then it simply pushes in,back together and you'll be running the base map(v2 Sti).
Then is ready for mapping.

Put up a picture of the main board buddy.
It's not plug in and go,forgive my typo.
a resistor needs cutting, then it's plug and go.

Im running ESL on my V3 and its a fantastic upgrade, having the option to tune my own car is the best money I have spent on the Impreza
http://www.enduringsolutions.com/926Install.pdf

Easy to install if you're handy with a soldering iron. If not then send it off to Andy at ESL,he has a quick turn around.

Here it is! How simple is the software to tune this, I do have a local tuner with a very good rep.

Very user friendly software to use, reading the user manual thoroughly, making small changes and logging the data is the way to go,you will enjoy remapping your own car if that's what you want. If you want a pro to map then I'm sure they will love the ESL as live mapping is a great option plus you have a good safety net with its knock control.
