There are others but you asked for a "RACE" engine, who better to build you one than a Formula one engine builder, you know those engines that guys like Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso, Michael Shumacher drive around things called RACE tracks.

Paul Finch, Engine Tuner, or Roger Clark Motorsport, the latter of which you'd be hard pushed for quality and attention to detail.

I'd happily use any of those if I didn't build my own.
