Thanks for the input guys. I've messages scooby spares and am awaiting a reply. Fingers crossed. I've found an exact match but they want £700 for it and I have no idea of condition which is a joke. I'm hoping there is a more generic one that fits that will only cost a couple of hundred at most. Wishful thinking huh

Sorry folks, Thanks for the recommendations BUT, we have no relevant info for non turbo cars or boxes. So the best advice is to buy exactly the same serial code number, as anything else will be a guess.

We do find that the non turbo boxes [ when we've needed to go looking for them ] are expensive. Probably due to lack of availablity.

Good Luck, sorry we cannot help.

Usually, from what we have seen here, a non turbo has a cable clutch box and no hydraulic clutch box will fit without major surgery.

Pretty sure mine is a hydraulic clutch. It's got a lil slave cylinder thing on the top of the box which has 2 bolts holding it on. In fact I'm sure it is.

If that is the case then any turbo gearbox and diff pair will do.
