Hello guys, I'm trying to work out the code for the close ratio version of the TY754 gearbox and rear diff so I can purchase them asap. I have found info to suggest the final drive is 4.444 and they where fitted to version 3 STI on-wards but this doesn't ring true as I have found some later STI's with 752 box's
Can anyone point me the right way with this please as it is driving me mental!

Right I don`t know how true this is but TY754VN is UK wide ratio, and TY754VB is a JDM Close ratio.
I have a TY754VB1AA in mine as my old TY752VB3FA decided to die lol, and its the same ratio`s as each other.

Would be good if someone could confirm, how does the VB1AA feel and what does it top out at? My mate had a type R and that was ludicrously fast through the gears but topped out at around 125 mph! I wouldn't mind that setup but ideally I would prefer something with a tiny bit more top end as my mates have 160 mph Cosworths, Skylines and Evo's etc..

My TY752 is also in the process of dying and the power is going to be upped considerably next month so need to get something sorted ASAP!
