turbo lag

can someone explain how to increase my pull away speed in first before the turbo kicks in.the clutch isnt going to last long pulling away at 4000 revs.i dont want massive power just something a bit smoother.

Get ya self an AP Sprung Paddle. Cerametalic 4 pad job is great. Used one in sprints and Hillclimbs. NEVER any slip despite 5500rpm starts.
But of a tw@t as a daily commuter car, but I used mine day in day out around town and in heavy commuter traffic around South Manc for 2 years. Not too bad given the benefits.

All I do is get the wheels rolling having let go of the clutch I then FLOOR IT
Seems to work quite well, I did get carried away a bit when "going for it" with Mega_Stream the other day and smoked the tyres at 5000revs in the dry Poor Scooby !
