Default Grinding Clutch/Flywheel

I have just changed the clutch and flywheel (lightweight Forged) and now when the engine is running their is a horrendous grinding noise! Almost as thought two metal parts are rubbing together continously.

I remember reading a thread about this a while back but can't find it (search function is pretty gash tbh).
Anybody have any suggestions for what it could be? Or a link to the other thread?

Cheers, Tim

Right, took the box off and all looked fine. Replaced box and the nice has almost gone.

Now it is just a light tapping noise until the clutch is depressed then it goes away. Clutch Thrust bearing?
