overrun noise

Default overrun noise

hi i fitted i light weight flywheel and exedy clutch (pink one) 4 months ago
and now i have a overrun noise it goes a way if i push the clutch or push the accelerator it dose not do it if it is out of gear roiling or at a stand still
it is loud enough for people to look around
so how do i stop the noise

Low oil level in the gearbox and its trashed the input shaft bearings ??

rattly release bearing.
sounds like a tin can full of dry beans on over-run?

Mine sounds a bit like this I thought it prob was the release bearing. Been like it for ages though, how long do they go on for normally?

mine was like that for 3 years, including trackdays, a trip to the nordschleife, 2 dozen drag starts and 20k mile annual commute.
but then it didnt worry me.

You can try to fix it insitu, I think you remove the rubber grommet to the fork and you can just about get to the release bearing

oil level is good and is new . release baring was new as well oil is driveling frof halfords could it be flywheel chatter

you'd hope the flywheel is bolted down good and tight
could be the cradle to the prop underneath

not wanting to be a doom monger but my box had a bad overrun whine about
a couple of thousand miles before third gear turned to mashed potato.
