at just over 25K the front disks have quite a pronounced lip on the outer edge, I've got a new set of standard pads and I know the disks will need replacing, on the Scoobymania web site they offer two types, Black diamond disks (drilled, grooved etc) and group N disks, bear in mind the fact that I lashed out £95.00 plus VAT for the pads, which disc should I go for?

cross drilled rotors tend to have more problems than they are worth, I just get mine slotted, buy standard rotors and get an engineering shop to mill the slots in.

I have seen many cross drilled rotors crack under heat then shatter.

Speek to Dave @ Jap Innovations 0161 652 0920, They use EBC kevlar pads with cross drilled and grooved disc's. Should beat anyone's price.

Pagid 8-groove from Friction Workshop (01474) 560031. Unbeatable price, look the dogs, and great performance too (especially with blues!!).
