Has anyone done it? I know the ratios are better for cruising but wondered if it's just a straight swap?

Yes done that just swop box and rear diff, cheers,

personally we always swap the front diff ratio to suit the original vehicle and then use the original centre diff ratio........................

this then means no need to swap the back diff, although you would have slightly longer gearing if you used all of the UK parts, rear diff, etc.............

I already need a new rear diff so have purchased that too Does the speedo still read accurately?

the UK car will have an electronic speedo drive simply replace with the original WRX drive and cable...........................
