Yes they do, but I am not aware that they can economically be replaced, especially in a semi-closed block motor that might not support new sleeves so well. If it is too deep for a re-bore, AFAIK it belongs in the bin.
You were able to pick up delivery mileage EJ207 blocks from Litchfield/Powerstation I understand from Type 25 conversions.

That's not true StickyMicky.
We have been selling them to the general public quite freely and because we have done them at a giveaway price, have sold nearly all of them, of course we are keeping a few back so that we can use them ourselves in our day to day work but along with the fact that a load of you have bought one already and the fact there is a lull in sales of the type 25 whilst we develop the 06 model, stocks are now obviously slow to replenish.

what's got living nearby got to do with it???
People come from the other side of the country for stuff we do.
It's not like a minging old engine either, all boxed up it's clean enough to go on the back seat and a one man lifting operation too...
I bet it's STILL cheaper to get one from us (when available ) even when you've addded on the cost of fuel to get here..
by the way sticky a 2.5 lump went into a car today.. if you catch my drift.
