Turbo reccomendations, bolt on 380ish bhp
Right been told the standard turbo on my STi 4 will be at full flow at 330/40 bhp. As i was originally aiming for 360bhp with supporting modes, hyperflow TMIC, Decat, Headers, apexi fc, Just thinking to make it worthwhile i need a turbo that can produce more power.
Am i right in saying 400bhp is the max for standard internals? Thus 370/80 with proper cooling/mapping would be a safe level?
I need a turbo that bolts straight on and does not take forever to spool up.
Suggestions please.
Thanks.

I like a few other people on here have recently upgraded to the 20G, and haven' got a bad word to say about it, like yourself i have an Sti 4 and although it has more lag than the VF24 it replaced it not that noticable after you get used to it, but if you want that kind of power theres allways a down side.

TD05H-18G ? From findings so far on straight Optimax with all supporting modifications is does seem that c. 10 bhp per lb/min flow is approximately correct
