Help with Oil Change

I want to get to do an oil change on my scooby myself, have done tons of other cars in the past, is it as straight forward as it looks??, or am I best letting the grease monkeys do it!
Any info on flush/filters/Oil??
Car is an sti with remote oil filter

Lol! Try reading this.
Don't use flush, use a genuine filter if you can get one, and as far as oil goes, at this time of the year I use a 50/50 mix of the two different weights of Mobil 1.
