CO readings - whats going on??

MY93, HKS panel filter, scoobysport decat and magnex the rest...
My CO on idle is about 1-1.3%. At 4-4.5K it goes up to between 7-9%. HC stays around the 200ppm and the lambda fluctauates aroun .9 - 1.1. What does this mean??
