I use something akin to a HKS Fuel Controller.

My figuring is that if I use boost contollers for boost, run uprated pump etc with bigger injectors then I can overide total overfueling by reducing it with a Fuel Controller?

 

Yes. But you will change ignition timing by modifying the MAF voltage. Best get an ECU or a remap.
