We currently modify and disconnect the brake servo when installing Prodrives antilag system.
I am interested to find out if this is necessary with other types of antilag managemant. Ie Motec and Gems.

Not really got a problem without the servo myself I find the pedal feel to be a lot better especially for left foot braking but just looking at other options for the hire car we are building. Not sure that no servo will suit everyone.

vaccum pump to create the vacuum you would normally get with the inlet manifold. With full ALS (of the ferocity required for pukka rally car) you get positive manifold pressure all the time.
I wonder if you can just rig up a line to the the other side of the diaphragm? Probably not.

I hillclimb with a friend of mine who has an RA V3. He has GEMS, anti lagg, and has fitted a pump sited in place of the AC unit next to the alternator. It is an electic pump, quite large but work a treat. I've driven the car and the brakes are better than my standard V3 with Green Stuff pads.
