Wink

Hi

Just seen this twin dump downpipe for sale:

Anybody know if it's any good?

It says "mandrel bent" on the BPM website, but arent those welding spots that I see on the pipe?

Thanks for your insight

Loved mine on my STi 2. Finish was excellent when it arrived, didn't look so good after a year on the car but the DP worked well and are worth the money BPM want. Can email me and I will forward the pics of mine prior to fitting it if you like?????

Modding the Scoob already then? Still got the EVo?

Marvellous bit of tube.
Does all the things that a good DP should - not a design fault on the thing if you ask me
And I think it is mandrel bent - not sure what those marks are on the one in the picture! Mine's as smooth as a smooth thing

I got your email, Tim, thank you very much

I heard good things about Rob Rawle and the PowerFC, but I've got someone local who maps PowerFCs as well

I have a full BPM turbo back on my bugeye, and it really makes a difference in the linearity of the torque, and in the top end pull. I would not recommend the twin tip BPM muffler if you don't like droan on the highway, but other than that it's a great system. With the turboback, injen CAI, and M2 uppipe it ran a 13.97sec 1/4mile(us) last time out.

Its damn loud on the motorway!

When I changed mine on the advice of many people I got more peak power....... better option was the Hayward and Scott 3inch d/pipe
