I'm currently running a MY96 U.K Imprezza, the modifications at the mo are Scooby sport exhaust (including up pipe) induction kit, and dawes adjustable boost. Currently 264 BHP. What would be the next option in power increase????
Ideas please

Hi, Check out www.jap-innovations.co.uk
Look in the feature cars section.
My white UK96 is in there. That shows you what can be done with an early car 356bhp, 348lbsft.
Then you can obliterate STi8 PPPs for half the money
I'd personally look at getting a Lambdalink and Knocklink before you go any further on the modding side. An EGT gauge is also a good idea, but not cheap.
THEN you can think about playing with the power SAFELY.
That's my advice anyway. If you want any pointers, drop me a mail.
Cheers

Hey rickster,
I hear a vanillaroma magic tree can give 10% BHP increase across the range, try it.. if it dont increase your performance it'll get rid of the smell of those nasty women that have been in your car..

Hi,
Sorry if you've been emailing me. My mail is jiggered for the moment.
Thanks for the engine bay compliment.
I have spent a few quid, but probably less than you'd think.
the knocklinks are available from several places. Jap Innovations is where I got mine. www.jap-innovations.co.uk.
Pretty easy to install. I did my own. If you can fit a car stereo, it's a doddle.
The Z4 ECU, can't remember off hand what car that is fitted to as standard. Let me know and I'll give you my honest opinion.
The V4 intercooler offered here won't fit your car without modifications and neither will the turbo as yours has a 90 degree entry. Sorry. Your own turbo will be a TD05 which is a great turbo and probably the last thing you should swap. I know about a dozen Subs running 340bhp + on TD05s.
Cheers
