Has anyone made their own exhaust manifold? When time is available (after christmas)I am thinking of trying to make anequal length one. Any info would be appreciated.

Wouldn't it be cheaper, simpler, better to just buy one that's been professionally made?

Maybe easier but I doubt it would be cheaper to buy one.They're well over £500 from what i've seen.

You'll find that without the right materials, it would crack a lot. You've got to find something that can withstand extreme temperature difference where one second its hot, and the next cold. Darbo's mate tried this and found out the hard way.
