anyways im going to have to have more power and speed cant let these fords win the battle
any body got any tips on key power upgrades and mods that could be done to the turbo
let me know?????
cheers gaz turbo

Ive got a friend with a mk1 sierra cossie with over 300bhp, two days ago I took him out in my Scooby and he was totaly amazed at the acceleration and handeling of my car.
He then took me out in his car which btw he has spent thousands on and is in pristene condition but i was far from impressed , they are great cars and always will be but if you realy want to beet one take it down a country lane and kill it good and proper.
He has Scooby killer on his back number plate, after we had been out in both cars I asked him if he was going to now remove it from his plate

Cossies may be old and battered (esp in sierra form) but they are still more than a challenge to most new performance cars that you see out there!
Look at some of the older models, not quite your typical ford build, most still look as though they are only a few years old (from the outside ) and they have a long history of outstanding victories in rallying.
Its a great engine and still a great car, be warned!!

I sold my saph cossie for the scooby and in a straight line my old cossie is considerably quicker, especially after 60mph. something to do with 354lbft.
However i now get home quicker every time in the scoob with less sweaty palms!
Loved my cossie, bessoted with the sccob.
