Default For the Gearbox Gurus

One for the mechanically knowledgeable in here ( Gearboxes )
Launched my classic in 1st some time back and messed it up , afterwards 1st and 2nd were hard to engage and sometimes engaged with a clunk / graunch and also on full lock it would knock if clutch was up or down

So I assumed synchros and centre diff had gone bye bye

Well upon stripping the box I can’t see by eye anything wrong ( no synchro teeth missing no teeth / chips on any gears or in centre diff )

So my question with the fault described would you see by eye any faults ?

Few pics n vids to look at . The pics of gears are the same all the way round the gear so what you see here is like it all over each gear / synchro etc

What happened when you launched it and messed it up?
Miss a gear or was there a noise when you selected 3rd?
Id have look at the selector fork for first and second if its certain gears.

Hi bud
thanks for the reply
I messed up by launching in 1 st to redline then failed to engage 2nd so kinda missed the gear grinded it a bit then eventually got 2nd and carried on my merry way until I came to slow down and needed to engage 2nd I found I couldn’t or it was very hard to engage , same for 1st , then on full lock it knocked . Sometimes I could of engaged 1st n 2nd easy but it almost slipped into gear with a graunch .

I assumed id eaten the synchro and blown the centre diff

but upon strip down no obvious issues

although looking at these 2 photos I’m guessing 1st photo is 1st and 2nd gear and 2nd photo 4th or 5th

the synchro teeth on 1st/2nd gear seem shot compared to the others so maybe that’s the issue but can’t explain the knocking
