Default Clutch issues

So i am now running an exedy twin plate clutch in my 2002 STI, it has been fine for the past 300 odd miles and now all of a sudden feels like s**t, the biting point is on the floor and just feels horrible.

when fitted it had a new thrust bearing and all that just cant see why after 300 odd miles its now awful

any advice or help would be appreciated
