Default 6 speed Clutch Fork

Does anyone have any idea how to tell a 6 Speed Clutch fork from a 5 Speed one?

While my subaru was off the road, I took the uk 6 speed out and sold it.
was going to put a 5 speed back in but got a 6 speed JDM instead.

Now i want to take the car for mapping i find the clutch is stuck, cannot put it into gear with the engine running, or if i start it in gear with the clutch down to the floor, the car wants to move forward, but is right on the slipping point.

I put a tested slave on and pressure bled the system, only to find it's the same, tried adjusting the pedal still the same.

A few searches show the clutch fork to be different, now i looked and found i had 2 lying around the Garage, one is different to the other.

I have pulled the box, and took the fork out, just not sure which one is the 6 and which is the 5.

So would appreciate any pics of either the 5 or 6 speed forks. or any info anyone has of working out which is which.

Thanks
Derek
