Glad I'm not on my own my son ordered lights as well £300 on his 18th birthday 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. Managed to get hold of them last week was told be with us by Friday deffo. Took me days to get in touch with them sent e-mails left messages when I did yesterday told me they were having problems with shipping and they would ring me back which as you have guessed they haven't, and today no reply again, looks like we will be seeing you in court to get our money back!

I doubt if you would have been able to get them from there at all. There are hard to get hold of now, but e-styling still lists them regardless of whether they are in stock or not.

I contacted them a few months ago about getting some morrette spares. The chap on the phone said they no longer deal with anything morrette and the website needed updating.

But yet still on their website it says there selling morrette stuff lol. Doesn’t take 5mins to update a website.

I managed to get in touch with Paul and he told me there was a problem with my lights the company that supply them "Valeo" sent my lights with a missing optics bracket. they had to send the whole unit back to Valeo. Paul then told me he expects about a week for delivery so I told him ill wait till the 7th of April giving him 2 weeks to complete the deal and if the lights aren’t delivered by then i want a full refund to which he agreed

So guess ill have to wait and see. ill let u guys know the out come

Hi dmunday1

Managed to get money back a few weeks ago, Trading Standards are the people to speak to, we had to write to e-styling saying we either wanted the parts or a full refund within 30 days (we went with refund) keep a copy of your letter because we heard nothing, give T D a ring after 30 days and hopefully after a short while you will get a phone call to say they will refund your money. They are scum!
