Just put my MY00 through the 6 month service, the bill has oil, filter, plug seal & screen wash!!
They charged me £2.85 + vat for the screen wash..........wots it got in it, f'in gold leaves!!! Pi$$ed me off as I filled it to the brim the day before!!!
Cheaky ba$tards, I don't think I will be rushin' back for the 12 month service......wot else will they charge me for.........air for the tyres!!!

They charged me as well, and it went in full. I was too bothered trying to get them to give me safe tyre pressures and not killing me, and also sorting out repair of my alarm key fob which they broke to worry too much about it, but I will not be using Town and County Perth again. Same place also charged fitting for floor mats and light protectors!!!!!!!!

Its not about the cost, its liberty taking on the behalf of the dealers, especially as i had filled it to overflow a couple of days before (& not not used it).
The plugs aren't even looked at as part of the 6 month service.......if the dealer had found himself "short" on the bill by 3 quid, he should have hidden it in the labour charge rather that pi$$ of a loyal customer, who had not only purchsed a new MY00, but had £1000+ of extras fitted.

You see, not all of us in the motor trade are rip off merchants, if only you were aware of the things don't get booked out! Nuts, bolts, terminals and the clips that get stored at the back of tool boxes, without which the car will never work again!

Yep, I got the screen wash treatment also. I challenged them on this, " I've not even used the washers yet", "we change it as matter or course". Yeh right, just trying to rip me off more like.

J.D Power survey my backside.
Dealers taking liberties again.
They will be charging an extra hours labour next for topping it up,ooh aahh, well sir it's quite a big job.Not good customer relations.
It's 'cause of this crap i do my own servicing and only use dealers as a last resort
