Wink

Could anyone recommend a dependable garage at reasonable rates to service my mates 1999 Type R.

He has been quoted s**t loads from local main dealer probably because its an import. Car lives in Dorset but it don't mind travelling a few counties within reason. Would rather take it to someone who is enthusiastic.

Thanks for your assistance.

I always use (and several others on here too) Dave at Risboro 4 Wheel Drive. Bit of a trek for you to Princes Risborough (half way between High Wycombe and Aylesbury on the A4010) but he is half the price of main dealer rates, has all the diagnostic tools (inc. Delta Dash) and is Subaru trained. He is very enthusiastic about Subarus too. Tel: 01844 274652

If you dont mind a little Travel, lockyear cars in Horsham use to be a main dealer and look after imports and Uk cars.

They used to sell imports of the forecourt with Uk cars, so they have some experience.
