Bought a new Subaru 4 months ago now from a main dealer and as I made clear to the dealer at the time one of my main concerns was cost of parts.

Traded in my old Astra for extended warranty. Still have not got any confirmation of the fact I have extended my warranty. Called the dealer 4-5 times now and say they will look into it, still nothing. The car is 3 years old at the end of this month and have recieved an application to extend my warranty. Called the warranty people up and they have not been contacted by the main dealer at all.

Looked on the Subaru website and no contact details. Anyone know any contact details, Uk HQ so can get them to contact the dealer and get this resolved? Hopefully they will carry some weight as they seem to do nothing when I call.

I'm in more or less the same boat as you fandango. Assumin yer talkin about a Subaru warranty, try this:-

Jason Howard, Subaru Warranty Services, 0208 6039921. He's the manager and a very helpful guy. I'm still gettin nowhere myself as the onus is on the dealer to progress it...

Cheers.

Called the dealer again today (6th time I believe) and has promised me it has now been fully dealt with last week and should recieve something very soon(why it took this long I do not know). The warranty people initially just told me to contact dealer as its down to them. If it is not resolved ASAP will use the contacts you have provided as want this resolved before Subaru believe the warranty to have run out at the end of the month.
