Default Win7/BT & Citrix

My better half is trying to log into her work account from home via Citrix, she can log in at home using the browser on her galaxy s3 via our BT broadband, but with the laptop, when you enter the login details it just takes you straight back to the blank login page again?
We've tried using the LAN cable straight into the BT Hub 3, same result though.

Her laptop can access the Citrix account via LAN when she's at work?

Her work colleague logs in from home via a BT hub but using an apple MacBook (and no, buying one isn't an option...)

It looks like it might be an issue between win 7 and the BT hub, any thoughts?

Thanks.

Aha, after typing out the above I twigged it could be IE9, so tried Google chrome and it worked - thanks Microsoft...I was trying to stick to IE9 after previous experience of other browsers on my last laptop.

p.s. I did try disabling activex in IE9 before trying Chrome, but made no difference.

Put IE10 or 11 on it. You might as well as if you have any issues you can always resort back to Chrome. However it should work in IE9 anyway, try it in compatibility mode.
