Default PAYG sim only options

Afternoon,
What / who, offers the best deal on sim only PAYG, with both voice and data?

I have a couple of friends visiting the UK and they will have their phones with them (unlocked 3GS and galaxy s3) and they would like to use a sim only PAYG setup when in the UK, primarily south east

Probably 200 mins max and 500mb data max, but lower could be ok too

They do not want to use their carriers roaming features as they are a tiny bit too expensive

You do have to pay £10 up front but from then on it's free if you don't go over your allowance.

Giff Gaff sims need to be posted out to you so I doubt your friends will be able to get those, I think your stuck with the mainstrean sims and pay their daily web allowance or hope they have a good deal if you put £20 on the sim?

Yes, his first post was yesterday but it must have been deleted, hence he starts again.

I can always get the cards mailed to somewhere in the UK, where my friends can then pick them up, so that could still work out.

I'll probably also tell them to check the usual high street places. I assume Cellphone Warehouse, Phones 4 U, and O2, Vodafone, TMobile, Orange, and others still exist in the high street? Would not be shocked to find Sainsbury's and Tesco's selling their own plans to be honest.

Its even more simple as he has been a member for over two years and his only post is on a giff gaff sim that you say got deleted, obviously its sales related and I presume he is something to do with giff gaff.

That would be right if he had posted his own link, but from what he said he posted someone else's. guess he was just trying to be helpful.

To be honest it wouldn't surprise me if "STi8" was not the same user as bionic as he is defending someone for god knows what reason and the amount he also posts from being on here for 10 years so why does he need to find time to defend a spammer?

Slightly off topic but does anyone use the virgin deal, £15 sim only deal Unlimited calls/texts/data, I know there is a fair use age policy like most but seriously considering cancelling my 2 contracts for these?
