Another patent declared invalid
USPTO Final Office Action Finds All 21 Claims of Apple's '915 Patent Invalid
I believe that leaves only one reassessed patent left in the first case apple v Samsung. This remaining patent has been significantly narrowed to make it worthless. So onto appeal if the judge won't agree to a retrial, obviously apple was reluctant to have another trial given they thought they had a patent to use. The way this case is going Samsung are going to get all their costs and its going to cost apple $1 billion in legals, all for trying to bluff and bully that they had patents hahaha

Boring. Here's a much more interesting link featuring Andyroids favourite Google.
http://www.patentlyapple.com/patentl...t-graphic.html
The whole site is great, full of Apple innovation, which is obviously a lie as Apple just do marketing.

Apples is for an advanced trackpad with 3d gestures and googles is for user detection using a camera to enter and leave low power modes.
So your beef with Google is that they copied a graphic for a completely separate patent that was unrelated? Maybe they just use the same art package?

How come you haven't posted this Andyroid. Fingers crossed Obama blocks the ban.
"With today's decision, the ITC has joined courts around the world in Japan, Korea, Germany, Netherlands and California by standing up for innovation and rejecting Samsung's blatant copying of Apple's products,"

2 Great examples of Apples innovation.
I am sure both those patents will stand up to close scrutiny.
