HELP: Canon ZoomBrowser Ex.. error message..
when I put my SC card in the laptop card reader.. the 'Auto Play' box comes up and I use the View/Download Images - (ZoomBrower Ex) to download my pix into the folder I want.
Worked fine in the week.. now, tonight, when I select the pix I want to Download and select the folder I want to put them in.. the click DOWNLOAD, I get a pop-up window appeared with a heading of
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library".
Within the window it stated: " Runtime Error! Program:C\Program Files (X86)\Canon\Zoom Browser EX MCU\MCU.EXE
Why is this?
How do I fix it?
BTW.. I've been on the canon site to Update the ZoomBrowser... but thats not helped.
BBTW.. I had a windows update run on my Laptop last night.. would that have anything to do with it?

Hi there
Try gain to download Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...ion.aspx?id=29
Second thing I would do is download this and run this on folder where are you want to put the your photos
