I wouldnt worry about doing a poll on here, I dont think these lot are the MS surface target market

Anyway no need to worry, MS will sell a **** load of these no doubt and I estimate that they would have taken 18% of the market share in tablets from Apple by end of next year without even trying.

The thing people need to understand is the difference in versions of the surface. The RT has not been explained correctly and so many may wait until next year for the full windows 8 version

Does the keyboard not come with it then? Every picture I've seen of the surface it has the keyboard with it so presumed it came with it (something other tablets don't!). Oh well.

I'd like one, but it would end up in the cupboard on Boxing Day. They'll sell **** loads and I'd suggest buying over Android as a gift, giving someone a Cesspit for Christmas will always end in tears.

I think it'll sell well, I work closely with MS and have messed with the prototype and pre-release versions.

Its fantastic to use as a dashboard on an ERP system as an example.
This seems to be something which an ipad can not do.

If it were little more powerful id have it as my all round computer needs, i don't think I need anything else. IV 12 year old desktop, PlayBook, largish plasma tv and phone presently

Been using windows 8 for a few weeks and I quite like it
