I need some help in moving the old emails and address from 1 pc to another. I need to merge the old stuff with the new. Details as follows:

Old clunker:

Win 95 with Outlook Express 4
Has quite a few emails in various mailboxes and an address book

New PC:

Win XP Home with whatever version of Outlook Express it comes with, NTFS file system

Has some entries in the address book, some of which are on the old PC as well, some that are not;

Has various emails in sent and inbox.

I would like to end up with a single address book with all the addresses, and all the old emails and new ones in the appropriate mailboxes.

Thanks in advance.

Best thing to do is to do a file export...

Go to :-

File "Export", messages

This will export all messages to Outlook.

Save them as a PST File in Outlook

Works for me and I do it all the time...

Hope this helps
