BT Infinity confusion
I want to get the new fibre optic BT Infinity broadband.
Issue is we have two lines into the house (thats 2 numbers). However both numbers come from the same core of cable that comes into our garage (there are actually 6 lines in the cable core, one of which is broken).
Here comes the problem. One of the lines is a business line, and BT say that is infinity capable, but won't let us have the package we want on this business line.
The other line is with Sky. We don't mind dropping Sky, but BT say this line is not infinity capable
I just don't get that. There is only one cable coming into the garage, so I would have thought that either infinity is available, or its not on ALL of the lines. Are they spinning us some sort of line, as we all know BT can be useless at times....
