My son has just bought COD Black Ops for his Xbox, and he asked he I wanted to play with him online on zombies. The other accounts on the box do not have Xbox Live access (well, not Gold) and it said I couldn't play with it. On the PS3 we can play doubled up no problem.

Do I have to have gold membership on the other account too? If so, that is unbelievably ****!

On Left 4 Dead, you can do it without problem, it allows you on a guest because the main player has Gold.

you can play split screen on live i do most days with my son, zombies or online play. when you press a to join the game you must sign in as a guest not one of your other accounts and away you go, hope this has helped

Yes you can as split screen, did it for ages before I got the wife her own account (and xbox and BlOps )

Got it, signed in as Guest. On L4D, you didn't have to do that, it did it for you no matter who you chose.
