I use TOR at work as our filters block a lot of stuff and it's anoying. Also if your abroad you can configure an exit node in the UK and watch iPlayer etc..
I use it with Firefox and have a TOR button, click to enable TOR then go to whatever site I want. Turn it off when finished.
