Best broadband supplier for non LLU enabled exchanges?
So rules out the likes of Be* and o2 etc.
There is no LLU available at the exchange so trying to find the best deal about for bog standard broadband that uses bt's kit at the exchange - a right royal pain in the ar$e.
Also no cable provider - this is out in the sticks for my parents.
Need to be able to beat/equal £12 a month which is what they currently pay but for 3gb peak usage unlimited off peak.

I used to use them and so put my parents on them. I think they are going to be impossible to beat.
