Default Can anyone convert a .mts file

I have a 100meg .mts file I'd like converted, can anyone help? Pretty much anything other than a Sony .mts file will do nicely.

File is here http://files.me.com/aylesbury/8jb4ai

£35 to convert a small clip provided by a friend is a bit steep.

Cheers Ant, I'm uploading it to Youtube now, fingers crossed they clean it up a bit. Shame Sony chose to use their own tranfer cable as I know straight from the camera to iMovie works great.

I don't know him at all, but he is an accomplished competition pilot. I hope to fly up there some time this year with and without my motor.
