Windows 7 - how do I turn off Windows updates?
As title please. The default seems to be to download Windows updates every time I turn machine off but I want to turn them off. But how?
I get a bit lost on these things!!

right click on theflag in the bottom right hand corner, then 'open windows update'.
then a windows pops up and on the left should be 'change settings' and there ya go
