The phone willl probably be fine for a couple of years. Take out and clean the battery / connections, leave the phone to completely dry for a day or two in the airing cupboard.

It will rust, but it'll take a long while.

Careful with the heat setting on the hair-dryer, I have melted keys on a computer trying to dry it out after spilling a drink on it!

I don't think it was the washing machine that finished it off..................I think it was the hour or so it spent clunking around in the tumble dryer

(it got transfered from the washer into the dryer !!)

The phone was pretty dry when it came out LOL

Fired it up today and the screen if hopeless although it made a few noises I'll try it hooked up the the PC Later ...

At least yours wasn't supposed to be unbreakable

Hi Mike

Just been out to feed the G pigs in the garage and we have had a light dusting of snow again.....

the moral of the story is that when you have kids and they want pets you will be saddled with cleaning out the cage and looking after them long after the novelty has worn off. And pay for the vet bils !!

Settled into the new home OK just smarting from the £97,000 we had to drop from the price of our house to sell it, and then from the £33,000 I had to borrow from the bank to get the new place !!

The moral of the story is that you will do a lot of things to get moved to a better school for the kids......even if it means you now pay off the Mortgage when you are 64

Are you thinking of ever having children

Cheers

Sounds like an expensive move! But at the end of the day the kids education is important, so the move will be worth while in the long run!
No plans on kids just yet, I couldn't afford to at the mo any way
