Windows 7 and Vista Super control pannel
Nothing you cant fine else where and you can name it what you like but
1. Create a new folder anywhere on your computer
2. Rename this folder to "GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}" (No quote marks"
The folder will change to resemble a Control Panel Folder, but there will be loads and loads of options in there.

A quick note. It will cause Windows Explorer to crash if you use that command on Vista 64-bit.

Create a new shortcut with following path:

Missed the lower code line for Vista 64, put the God Mode code in and cannot get computer to bring up desktop to allow removal of 'control panel' from God Mode. How can I get back? Computer unfortunately does not have a restore point as only put Vista on recently with all my other programs so don't really want to do a full re-install. Safe Mode does not open just black screen, put the Vista 64 code in Safe Mode Command Prompt and can see the options that are brought up and they look good but cannot get windows explorer to run.
Thanks Steve

In task manager go file run and then type in cmd and press enter so you have the command prompt up. From here is where you need to delete the folder as instructed above by Markus.
