Best printer for under £60

As above can anyone recommend me a printer?

Its for a mate who has started colleage so she can print off her work.

Needs to be colour and not use expensive cartridges!

I don't like the look of that error

I'd recommend one of the Canon Pixma range. Something where each colour can be changed independently. I'm not sure that any printer uses inexpensive cartridges though.
