Well i loved playing all 4 of them. Lucasart and Telltale games are releasing another 5 chapters of Monkey Island. Telltale Games - Tales of Monkey Island. Chapter 1 of the 5 is available to download for 100 points for the nintendo wii.

Oh and Lucasarts have made a remake of the first 1, with better graphics/HD and voice acting.LucasArts.com | The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition. And this is available on Xbox live arcade for 800 points., And available as a download to your PC for £6.99.

Funny you should bring that up. Since finding ScummVM, which is a free tool to play all the old games, I've been working through the classics and THOROUGHLY ENJOYING IT!!!

So far I've completed:

The Secret Of Monkey Island
The Dig (wow, can't believed I missed it first time around)

and I'm currently half-way through
The Secret Of Monkey Island - Le Chuck's Revenge

Next up, 3 games I've never played...
Day Of The Tentacle
Sam And Max
Full Throttle

And of course, Monkey Island 3

All those are running on my PC. Back to your post of the iPHONE and Xbox versions - they've just done Simon The Sorceror too.

enjoyable than the original. And dont forget Monkey Island 4 . Telltale

games who is making Tales of Monkey island have also made A five chapter

game of Sam and Max.

but will they use VGA mode and have blocky graphics and soundblaster emulation ?!?! that's all part of the charm to me! Will check it out though

It has enhanced graphics and also in HD! But if im right you can switch from

old and new graphics in the game if you like. It also has voice acting aswell.
