Use Excel

There are a number of invoice templates in Excel that you can use.

MOT's are zero rated for VAT... garages' invoices often have a box after the VAT box to add in MOT cost (or other zero rated items).

Might be worth adding a line along with the other vehicle details to record the current mileage.

Oh, and don't forget to show their VAT number on there too.

How do you get sage to populate the invoice? (or are you doing it by hand?)

ah, so Sage doesn't auto fill the address & products for you. . . .

I'll stick with the sage generated ones then
