Default Kaspersky

I have purchased the full Kaspersky suite of anti virus etc . I am correct in assuming once the software has completed its scan any threats are either removed or quarantined automatically? There dont appear to be a user option that gives the authority to proceed .

Yes the default settings are to automatically disinfect/quarantine but you can change that in the settings to prompt the user instead.

Check your install as well - I recently installed this and every time I ran a scan i got a BSOD and the system restarted.

It turned out to be the Heuristics option that was ticked in the scan options that was crashing me for some reason - it's been fine since turning the option off.

Other than that it seems OK so far.
