Swapped from BT last year, and it's been great. No problems, and so much faster. Also paying £7.34 per month rather than over £25

Tony do you work in leeds as that is where BB 2nd line and 3rd line are based. Only first line support is in Glasgow.

Yep been great for me too.... I bought O2's mobile dongle and it costs me £20 a month but they throw in the home broadband for free. The mobile access ain't brilliant but the fixed home stuff is awesome....

Cool

I see O2 are listed on our exchange as LLU operators now, and they rate my line as 17 meg, so I can move from my current provider to them for the same price for more than double the speed.

Anyone else using their LLU product, and if so, what is the service like? Is the service really unlimited?

i'm on it right now... as is my g/f - coz of the tube strike we are both working from home and both sharing the o2 20mb line VPN'ing into work.

we actually get 12mb out of the 20, but it's rock solid and the line started well before the activation date (if you have a line and router of course )

great service so far... but nothing has gone wrong yet

Chef, yes it is unlimited but we do have a fair useage policy (as per every ISP) but we don't throttle like some
Speed will be down to cable type, distance and internal wiring between the exchange and your house, and 17mbit ps will be the max available, it can still fluctuate with bandwidth sharing on the cardm
