Default need a script to disable an IE add-in

can anyone write me a script to disable a third-party IE add-in? need to disable the add-in on a few PCs on the network remotely.

Rather than use scripting why not disable it via Group Policy?

This should help - How to manage Internet Explorer add-ons in Windows XP Service Pack 2

That KB also tells you the registry locations for the add-ins so scripting a batch file would be fairly straightforward.
