Default Dreamweaver or Expression?

I'm posting on behalf of a friend so the details are a little vague I'm afraid. I also have bugger all knowledge on the subject so my terminology is probably shocking.

Friend is a Landscape Gardener/Tree Surgeon who has a small website but wants to improve it. It doesn't need to be anything flashy but he would like to be able to stream videos rather than have visitors sit and wait whilst the whole clip downloads. Other than this the site will just be various pages with relevant photos and text.

He's looking to probably buy Dreamweaver or Expression but is after any advice regarding which would best suit his needs.

Who knows what?

Well, after just building my own website, and consequentially having to learn Dreamweaver, I would recommend this

Really easy to use too.

www.daproductions.co.uk - just got a CSS template, and edited away. VERY simple to do

I found Expression much more approachable if you don't know what's going on, much quicker getting results.

template was free mate

just google "free css templates"

Although I've been told that it's not good practice to use them
It's also built with frames, which I'm having a right ole job removing.

There was a post a couple of weeks back about websites - some good links for DW

sorry to answer your original question.

dreamweaver if you plan to make lots of changes, make lots of websites, etc.

expression if you want something easier to learn for low to average use.

or he could just get a professional to do it as they'll have all the software, that is unless your mates called jolly roger! arrr!
